The Porotherm Klima experimental new series of blocks has been developed by the research center of Wienerberger in Austria. These units have been developed to meet the requirements of the European Union to the issue of reducing energy costs, which include the introduction of new higher performance of buildings thermal resistance. New Series Klima includes three block sizes of wall thickness: 30, 38 and 44 cm Klima developed a new series of blocks of different technology of building walls - a conventional masonry blocks on the "warm" solution with a seam thickness of 10-12 mm. Profi masonry blocks on thin layer mineral seam adhesive with a thickness of 1 mm, Dryfix masonry blocks on thin polyurethane adhesive seam with a thickness of 1 mm. Block Porotherm 30K Profi has a coefficient of thermal heat transfer resistance R = 3.33 m2K / W that satisfies the construction standards Ukraine that require walling of new buildings with a thermal coefficient of resistance value R is not smaller than 3.30 m2K / W. The same heat retention blocks have Porotherm 44 p + w, but in the case of Porotherm 30 Klima wall blocks can be obtained with the same heat retention, and 44 centimeters thick, and a total of 30 centimeters.
